Frank Staut appointed CTO of Perfect-ID

Perfect-ID, the company behind the innovative biometric solution Palmki, is proud to announce the appointment of Frank Staut as Chief Technology Officer (CTO). In this role, Frank will be responsible for driving Palmki’s technology strategy and product development, with a focus on applications such as access control, identity verification, and biometric payment solutions.

Frank Staut brings over 20 years of experience in technology and digital transformation. He holds a degree in Industrial Engineering in Electrical and Electronic Engineering, obtained from the former Catholic Industrial College of Antwerp (now part of the University of Antwerp). Frank started his career at the former Kredietbank, later became the first technical expert at SwitchLink, and went on to co-found SecureLink, where he ultimately served as CTO of the entire SecureLink Group until it was acquired by Orange. He is known for his strategic vision, technical expertise, and pragmatic approach to delivering innovative solutions.

Palmki uses palm vein recognition based on the unique vein pattern of the hand to enable secure, contactless access and transactions. The technology is already being used successfully in healthcare, sports, logistics, and corporate environments, and is rapidly expanding internationally.
