General Terms & Conditions

These conditions apply to all offers, quotations, and agreements for products/services. They supersede any customer-provided terms.

Key points include:

• Quotations are non-binding and expire after 30 calendar days

• Become legally valid only when signed by both parties

• Company reserves right to refuse orders without explanation

• Invoice payment due within 14 days (unless otherwise specified)

• Advance payments required before work commences

• Late payment penalties: 1% per commenced month plus 10% of invoice amount (minimum 250 euros)

• Disputes must be reported via registered letter within five working days

Agreement can be unilaterally terminated without court involvement if customer enters bankruptcy or fails to pay invoices.

Prohibition on copying, reproducing, or modifying company communications without prior and express written consent.

Liability limited to contract value (excluding VAT). No liability for indirect damages. Website accessibility is best-effort only.

Company not obligated during force majeure events; may suspend or terminate agreements.

Belgian law applies; disputes resolved in courts of the company's registered office jurisdiction.
